Benchmark

Two real HAZOP worksheets are the answer keys: a natural gas compressor unit (a limited circulation report, so it is not named here) and the Hunter Power gas turbine lube oil system. Neither is used as a source for these equipment types, and each is hidden from retrieval during its run. Each run scores one way of answering: the reviewed library, the building blocks, or a fresh AI draft. The score counts the scenarios the real team recorded with a cause; headings they left blank are counted separately. Extra rows are not errors in themselves: the real team recorded only the deviations they judged credible.
